Our team draws on a broad base of expertise in the technologies used to build the high-peformance cloud. Occasionally our research breaks new ground, and we are always thrilled with the opportunity to talk about it.

The New Stack recently approached Bharat from our team to participate in a webinar on Kata containers. Often Kata containers are pitched with the soundbite "the speed of containers, the security of VMs". Bharat's previous research on IO performance suggested the real picture was more nuanced.

The end result is a great article and webinar (with Eric Ernst from Ampere), which can be read here. Bharat's presentation can be downloaded here (as PDF).
